Pre-filtration

The first line of defence. Before anything else happens, the PP cotton filter captures the visible stuff — sediment, rust, and large particles that come through older pipes. It protects the filters downstream and sets the water up for deeper purification.

What is the warranty?

All Clean Water Co systems are backed by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. In the event of a fault we will work with you to resolve it promptly - replacement part, repair, or full unit replacement.
Does it require plumbing or installation?

No plumbing or professional installation required. The S6 sits on your benchtop and is designed to be set up by anyone in minutes. It's also portable, so it moves with you when you move house.
How much counter space does it take up?

The S6 measures D370mm x W270mm x H418mm - compact enough to sit on most kitchen benchtops without getting in the way.

Is it safe for children and babies?

Yes. RO filtration removes over 99% of dissolved solids including lead, nitrates, microplastics, and chlorine. The remineralisation step then adds beneficial minerals back in, making it safe and balanced for everyday use including baby formula.
How often do filters need replacing?

We recommend replacing filters every six months for optimal performance. Replacement filters are available directly from our store.
